Happy Birthday Holly!!!

Last weekend I went out with some girlfriends to celebrate Holly's birthday! We went to Benihannas and had a lot of fun!! Is it strange to go to a Japanese Restaurant and our table chef is mexican? Nothing is authentic anymore!!!
Benihanna is a place where you sit around a table and they cook all your food in front of you!!! It is so delicious!!!!! I give it 5 stars!!!

Random picks of Ellie

I had to get a picture of Ellie on this butterfly because she rarely gets on it..... I know, I know probably a dumb purchase but it looked so cute!!!
And here is a picture with one of her many strollers at Grandma and Grandpa Anderson's house..

Aaron is the winner of the Daddy Olympics!!!

We went to the Indy Baby and Toddler Show 2 weeks ago and had a lot of fun!!! I don't want to brag but it is true......Aaron won the Daddyathon!!! What did he win you ask, a stroller and a diaper dude baby bag!!! Some of these pictures are blurry because I am jumping up and down cheering him on!! Ellie and I are so proud, if only he showed this kind of showmanship at home, just kidding he is great with delegating tasks for Ellie!!! Yes I meant the word delegate!!!So, this is what he had to do!! Buckle the Cabbage Patch doll into the stroller and run to the other end and change its diaper then buckle in again and run back. Then....
Pour water into a bottle and get it back out without sucking on it of course!!!! Then...
Then run to the other end and take the doll out and change its clothes and buckle back in and run back down!!! Alot of running!!!
I think he really enjoyed it and they are having a fall baby and toddler expo, and he wants to defend his title!!!!

Also at the Expo we met Sara Snow......she posed with Ellie. I am so proud Ellie's first celebrity meet and greet!!! How many people can put that in their baby book as a first!!!!
If you are unaware of who she is....she is a green activist who has her own show on the planet green channel and was on an episode of Jon and Kate plus 8!!!! We got her book and she signed it. If you are wanting to go green I highly encourage you to buy her book because she breaks it down room by room and makes it so effortless.

Park, Picnic, and a Cupcake

So this past Friday Ellie and I spent the day in Zionsville. We went to the park and enjoyed ourselves with running around, swinging, and sliding. Then we filled our stomachs up with a picnic of sandwiches, carrots, blueberries, and milk. For Dessert we went to Sunshine bakery to share a cupcake!!! We had so much fun!!
Those are blueberries not poop!!

We left the park to go to the bakery and this is what happened.....

This is her with the cupcake, I know looking at me saying I'm sorry for the tantrum in the car!!

She Cracks me Up!!

So Ellie went exploring in the kitchen cupboards and found these wooden salad tossers, of course right away she thought they were enlarged combs.

She is so smart!!

Happy Easter!!!

This Easter I had to work, so we did activities over a span of 3 days. Last Friday we colored Easter eggs. I was surprised at how much Ellie could participate, she seemed interested!! Although she did throw rather than drop softly the egg in the food coloring therefore having some cracked eggs!!

Then on Saturday we did a Easter egg Hunt! Again I must underestimate my daughter because after showing her the eggs and that they went in the basket she was good to go!!

Here we are eating cheerios, one of the few things that were in the eggs.

Finally on Sunday before I went to work she explored her Easter basket. She plays the flute all the time, although the package called it a recorder ( whatever, looks like a flute to me). Oh yes, those are Easter little debbies she is holding!!!
